Honest & Trustworthy Company

I just thought I would let you know that your plumber Dave is a gem. He came in and immediately without asking took off his shoes. I showed him the leak in the ceiling in the dining room and he asked to go upstairs. He looked around and found the leak inside my sink vanity. One of the hoses to the sink cracked and was dripping down through the floor to the ceiling below. I now know you are an honest company and trustworthy. Another company came out and quoted $850 and told me he had to remove the toilet and the vanity to find the leak and remove the ceiling below which is stuccoed. Thankfully, your plumber knew to assess the situation properly. I will be calling you in the future. Thanks.

Fast & Clean Service

Great work and thanks to you! Your guys were fast and clean. They did what I asked and they didn’t complain about the work conditions which were poor, but after a frozen pipe bursts on the second floor and floods the house, what can you do? I have been doing restoration work for over 25 years. I have used a lot of plumbers and I could tell that your plumbers have had a lot of experience. They capped off the ends, got the heat going and didn’t waste any time. I will definitely use your team again.

Reasonable Rates

Great service, reasonable rates, your plumbers wearing booties, your company showed up on time, listened to my concerns, suggested how to repair the kitchen faucet, blocked toilet and shower upstairs that kept on rattling when we turned on the water. I’m glad I chose to pay by the hour, whereas the other company came and quoted $887 because of the flat-rate system they used. Paying you $360 was a pleasure.

24-Hour Service

I just want to thank you for your prompt service last weekend. My tenant drove me crazy, threatening to sue me if I didn’t get a plumber to unplug her toilet at 2 a.m. Saturday night. Just to let you know, I called 3 other companies claiming 24-hour service and they all had answering services but no plumbers called me back. I was really surprised you personally answered my call. Put Me at Ease

Just thought I’d let you know I am really glad I tried your company. I called the other rooter companies. They all said no service charges, free estimates, blah, blah, blah. No quote over the phone. They just come out to diagnose the problem, after I told them on the phone my kitchen sink was blocked. Two of them insisted I pay them a show-up fee or diagnostic fee. I told them I knew the problem and that my kitchen sink was blocked. I didn’t pay either one of them. I was glad when I called you and you explained your fees, you explained the electric snake and what it does, you put me at ease and I felt I could trust you and I appreciated that. Your plumber came out, did the job, was fast and efficient and was very clean, too. Well done and thanks again. P.S. I will highly recommend you. Say hi to him and thank him for me.

Highly Recommended Plumbers

My wife and I would like to thank you. We are both pensioners and don’t have a lot of money. A neighbour recommended you to us. We called another plumbing company and didn’t ask how much it would cost to install our kitchen tap which we purchased at the hardware store. A plumber came out and quoted us $350 and said he would give us a senior’s discount of 10%. I looked him in the face and asked if he was joking. I told him to forget it. He then told me I had to pay a show-up fee of $65. When I called you, I could tell in your voice you were honest. Your son came out and installed the faucet in less than 1 hour. I was glad you were upfront and quoted how much over the phone. We will highly recommend you to all our friends and church members.

An Honest Plumber

Wow!! An honest plumber? Two other plumbing companies that claim to be drain specialists with all this equipment and knowledge have come out to my house and told me my drain is broken, cracked and has to be dug up because of my constant blockages. The house is over 60 years old. Your plumber comes out and tells me I need a camera inspection. I agreed. He looked down the pipe which he said are 4 sections of clay tile and are OK. The outside pipe past the house is new plastic pipes with no cracks or broken pipes either. The fault was my new toilet. My toilet is a water-saver toilet in the basement which was converted by another plumber to save water. It wasn’t flushing properly. I have spent over $900 with other companies. It’s been over 1 year and no problems. 5 stars to you!
